Executive Director Cesar Jaramillo will be participating in the “INEW and Dóchas Civil Society Forum” on November 17, one day ahead of the Dublin Signing Conference to formally adopt the Political Declaration on strengthening the protection of civilians from the humanitarian consequences arising from the use of explosive weapons in populated areas (#EWIPA).
